Located in uptown San Diego, Banker’s Hills borders downtown San Diego and Balboa Park. A mostly residential neighborhood, Banker’s Hill boasts some of San Diego’s most spectacular downtown views with it’s many condominium high rises which started being developed in 2009. It acquired its name from its reputation as an affluent area when buildings were first constructed back in the late 19th century. Buildings in this area have been designed by famous architects such as Irving Gill, William Hebbard, Richard Requa, and Frank Mead; speaking to the progressive culture of the area.

Biking or walking are always good ideas in this neighborhood, as it neighbors several other unique communities including quick access to the world renowned San Diego Zoo. Even though it’s within a mile radius of five star restaurants and cultural entertainment, Banker’s Hill is its own little residential withdrawal; allowing you to have the best of the city life while enjoying the quiet of your own home.
