I used Greg when I was searching for a home to buy. I am a big “do it myself” guy so I really wanted to have the capability to search and look at properties on my own. Greg set me up with an e-mail program that sent me all the listings daily that were in my criteria and area. He also offered me very insightful knowledge to the properties or areas I was looking at. The best thing I think about working with Greg was his sincere caring. He was in no hurry to “close” a deal. Many agents I think push their clients to buy so they can be done with the job and get paid. However, Greg was kind of the opposite and kept pulling me back from my excitement and carefully pointing out all the “bad” things about a house too, even though there was plenty good, its easy to over look the bad when the excitement is brewing. Seeing the bad things about properties was very helpful, and I may have missed them, and in fact even though I was ready to make offers I got reeled back. Thank god I took some advice because ultimately I found the best home that was way better then the others that I thought were “the one”!

One last thing, Greg is a tactful and honest negotiator, after your offer is accepted, there is a lot of work that an agent can do to get either the price reduced or work done to the home, Greg was great at that!
